What do you think? I like my game to be original at least in livery if possible. And because it has two skins in the ytd file it means when the ambulance is spawned it can be either colour arriving randomly which adds variety and reality to the game. If you play LSPDFR as a UK cop with UK vehicles and road markings (all mods available watch DoubleDoppler on YouTube to see what you can do as a UK cop in this game) then the NHS ambulance is pretty much a standard look. But in the USA with private healthcare other than the Fire Department liveries Ambulances are very diverse!
