LSPDFR v FivePD
This is quite exciting. As a long time player of LSPDFR the one thing that is very annoying is to have friends play requires FiveM and at that point much of the LSPDFR abilities are lost.
What if you could take LSPDFR and FiveM and mix it together? This is where FivePD comes in. Whilst it fun arresting friends and roleplaying with real people. It seriously limits the gameplay. As many of the AI (npc) create chaos and could be stopped and charged.
This sounds amazing and from the info and videos I have been watching I really hope this is something that moves forward.
It has been in development now for about a year. So if you like LSPDFR and GTARP and want more cop action during your downtime with other Rpers then this is for you!
LSPDFR is easily playable locally on your PC and FivePD is more of a mod for FiveM. So you will need a server which you could run locally of course. The main thing is that FiveM you cannot police the NPCs with this you can!
The developers say FivePD is a unique FiveM game mode made by GTAPoliceMods Development Studios, where players play as a law enforcement officer within a FiveM server that has the FivePD game mode. Development for FivePD was first started in December of 2019 by @Natixco and @Daniel K.. However in January of 2020, GPM acquired FivePD and teamed up with both of the founders to continue the fantastic work. FivePD’s goal is to be similar to the single-player mod ‘LSPD:FR’; however, FivePD offers a unique way for you, your friends, or community to play all together as law enforcement officers. The thrill of performing traffic stops, arresting AI, responding to 911 calls, and other action-packed content is now available for FiveM. For more information about FivePD, be sure to follow the official FivePD twitter account, join the GPM Discord server, and be sure to check the forums for the latest and greatest news about FivePD’s development progress.
And here is some sample gameplay.
Have fun and happy days!
